Responsibilities.
Maintain the look of your division folder on KLC fotos (cover photos and consistent naming structure)
Encourage and develop new photographers
When new images are added to KLC fotos, add to your collections if appropriate.
Benefits.
Get notified for all assignments within your division and "first-right-of-refusal" to cover*
Earn 5% on any licensing or royalty sale from your division
*For all events where a photographer has not been explicitly requested.
If no response within a reasonable timeline,
event may be offered to another photographer
